Banana Mango Smoothie


· 1/3 cup whole milk or milk substitute

· ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (no sugar added)

· 1/2 cup frozen mango

· 1/2 frozen bananas chunks

· ½ cup ice cubes


1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary. Serve immediately or store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for 1 day.

è Adding Greek yogurt give this smoothie protein along with a healthy fat.
