Log Goals, Earn Prizes
Here’s a breakdown of how you will earn points.
Each day, simply log in to the app and mark off any tiny habit you’ve completed under the DAILY GOALS section. Each area you mark off will earn you point for that day.
10 points for completion of a Mind win (ex: 15 min of meditation, 10 pages of reading, etc.)
10 points for a completion of a Move win (ex: logging 10,000 steps, completing a 30 min workout, etc.)
10 points for the completion of an Eat win (ex: sticking to your nutrition plan for the day)
